Jewish Cultural and Food Festival

Join us for the 25th Annual Jewish Cultural and Food Festival! The popular event will be held Sunday, Nov. 2, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the synagogue, located at 555 Warwick Drive in Wyomissing, just a block away from Starbucks and the Wal-Mart/Redner’s shopping center on State Hill Road.

Apple cake, brisket, pastrami, corned beef, hot dogs and more. New options include chopped liver, health salad, homemade coleslaw, rye bread and chocolate chip cookies.

Cantor Stuart Binder will perform music in the Jewish tradition. There will be a wide assortment of raffle baskets.

There’s much more to the festival than food. The event gives the community a chance to learn about Judaism and its vibrant culture. Tour the sanctuary with Rabbi Brian Michelson and hear the blowing of the Shofar. Our cultural room invites guests of all ages to take part in hands-on games activities to help explain traditions.
